For the best experience with IQOS ONE, make sure the sticks and the device match.
- Check that the sticks and device are compatible; it is printed on the pack and listed in the Specifications tab.
- Charge the device fully.
- Insert the stick up to the marked line, switch on and wait for the vibration or light.
- Draw gently; each session is limited to a set number of puffs or minutes.
- Remove the stick when you finish and clean the device regularly as the maker recommends.
