How to use FreeMax Galex 16W Pod System
Before the first use of FreeMax Galex 16W Pod System, take two minutes with these steps so the coil lasts and the flavour comes through.
- Charge FreeMax Galex 16W Pod System fully before the first use.
- Fill the pod through the fill port and stop just below the rim.
- After filling, wait 5–10 minutes so the coil cotton soaks through; this protects the coil from burning.
- Insert the pod and draw gently, or press the button if your device has one. Adjust the airflow until the draw feels right.
- Replace the coil or pod when the flavour fades or tastes burnt.

FreeMax Galex 16W Pod System FAQ
How do I fill FreeMax Galex 16W Pod System?
Open the fill port on the pod and fill it slowly to just below the rim. Wait 5–10 minutes before the first puff so the cotton soaks through.
Why does FreeMax Galex 16W Pod System taste burnt?
Usually the pod is empty, the coil was not soaked after filling, or the coil has reached the end of its life. Refill and wait a little; if the taste stays, replace the coil. Full explanation in why coils burn and how to avoid it.
Where can I find pods and coils for Freemax devices?
All Freemax products are on the Freemax page, and replacement parts are under pods & coils. Not sure about compatibility? Send us your device name on WhatsApp.
