How to choose a disposable
A disposable arrives filled and ready from the first puff — no e-liquid to add, no coil to change. What separates one from another comes down to just three things: Puff count andNicotine strength andFlavour.
• Puff count — how long will it last?
The number on the box (800 · 2200 · 5000 · 12000 · 40000) is an estimate of how many puffs before it runs out. Smaller ones are lighter and easier in a pocket; bigger ones last longer. If it's your first time, start with something mid-range.
• Nicotine strength
Most disposables come withsalt nicotine because it's smoother on the throat. 20 mg for light use, and 50 mg for anyone who wants a stronger hit. If you feel a burn, step the strength down rather than the puff count.
• The flavour

Disposable problems and fixes
Most disposable problems have a simple cause. Here are the most common ones and their fixes.
• Burnt taste from the start
It means the cotton is dry or the e-liquid has run out. A disposable can't be refilled — if the burnt taste is constant, it's finished. Don't draw harder to “pull out” flavour; that only burns it more.
• It won't draw, or the light blinks
Blinking usually means an empty battery or protection against a long draw. If it has a charging port, charge it with a suitable charger. If it doesn't, it has reached the end.
• Leaking or liquid in the mouth
Changes in pressure and heat cause leaking. Don't leave it in the car under the sun, and keep it upright. Wipe the mouthpiece before puffing.
• Fewer puffs than stated
The number is an estimate based on short puffs. Long, frequent draws use it up faster, and the difference is normal.
